Ayurvedic Garshana Massage - Raw Silk Gloves Massage Traditionally, raw silk gloves are used for the exfoliating practice of Ayurvedic dry skin brushing - Garshana Massage. Silk gloves exfoliation is an ancient Ayurvedic treatment, featuring a dry lymphatic skin brushing with a silk gloves, followed by herbal oil treatment. The brushing (garshana) increases circulation, cleanses the skin and stimulates the removal of accumulated toxins, so that the herbal oil treatment penetrates deeply.
