Kansa Vatki Foot Reflex Massage - Pada Abhyanga

Kansa Vatki Padabhyanga or Kansa Wand Foot Massage has a very special place within the Ayurvedic tradition.

Kansa Wand foot reflex marma massage is considered to be most helpful in the prevention and treatment of illness. It is suggested that KV Padabhyanga be practised as a daily ritual, especially before retiring at night.

Ayurvedic Kansa Vatki Padabhyanga offers many health benefits:
- Relaxes tired feet
- Improves joint mobility
- Promotes sound sleep
- Relieves eyestrain
- Balances the doshas (bio-energetic principles of Ayurveda that regulate body functions)
- Stimulates blood and lymphatic flow
- Assists the vital flow of prana in the lower extremities
- Rebalances the chakras (the entire chakra system is connected to the soles of the feet hence the   soles of our feet are directly connected to the human soul)

Kansa Vatki Padabhyanga combines Western and Eastern philosophies of working the foot with:
- Foot reflexes
- Swedish foot massage
- Ayurvedic massage
- Energy work
- Prana
- Nadis
- Chakras
- Foot and lower leg marma points
- Ayurvedic herbalised oils
- Kansa Vatki 3-metal bowl. The 3 metals Copper, Zinc and Tin are the major constituents of the   authentic Kansa Vatki bowl. Copper helps in reducing pain, inflammation, arthritis and improves   the quality of haemoglobin. Zinc helps in proper functioning of the immune system, digestion and   control of diabetes; and Tin is helpful in digestion, relieving headaches and insomnia.

Experience the exquisite benefits of these amazing combination of Eastern and Western spiritual and physical concepts in one day, and leave with a sense and feeling of overall well-being that can be achieved in such a short session.
