An Ayurvedic dry herbal powder and abdomen massage relaxes abdominal and lower back muscles, stimulates and improves blood & lymph circulation bringing health, balance and wellbeing. Udvartana is an invigorating and cleansing powder massage. Dry herbal powders or herbal paste prepared with medicated oils are used in this herbal powder massage to scrub, exfoliate, rejuvenate the skin, and to prevent skin diseases. Udvartana stimulates the skin, leaving you with radiant, toned and cleansed skin. The skin is cleansed and specific dosha skin body oils with aroma-therapeutic essential oils are personalized to restore equilibrium and harmony.

Nabhiabhyanga is a non-invasive gentle massage technique to the abdomen that helps to tone the abdominal organs and assists in weight loss around the stomach and abdominal region.
