Ayurvedic Body Massage - Abhyanga

Abhyanga is a traditional Ayurvedic body massage done by either one or two therapists in tandem.

Over 8oz of warmed herbal oil is drizzled over the entire body and massaged in using rhythmic, choreographed strokes.

At the end, a light ubvaratana (herbal dusting powder) is sprinkled over the client's body, leaving them relaxed, exfoliated and rejuvenated.
